HC Coordinator is a key role in the CSP organization; we are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, great attention to details, and is very well-organized with excellent time-management skills. This person will mainly be the owner of budget raising for HC BU across Arabia, tracking of budgets, and actualizing of the spends in the system. This role will be working closely with cross functional teams such as the CSP team, Finance & the CD Team. It also offers great learnings from data crunching, to budget tracking, to analyzing.
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and analyze bottom-up material cost, production and distribution actuals monthly. Work closely with different supply chain teams, reviewing actuals and forecasts of material prices and preparing prices (TPs) for export products. Support category finance, marketing, and planning teams on material cost inputs of new innovations. Provide ad-hoc analysis on material cost, and share detailed analysis on material cost inflation, FX, savings, and one-offs.
Main Accountabilities
Review and analyze bottom-up material cost results monthly. Share detailed analysis on material cost inflation, FX, savings, and one-offs. Preparation and submission of GMVA for actuals and forecast. Prepare prices (TPs) for export products. Work closely with procurement and R&D teams. Support cross category team in driving innovations business cases – through cost inputs, capex plans and overall guidance as SCF partner. Support senior stakeholders with detailed cost analysis and understanding of cost movements between FC cycles and between years. Support on ad-hoc analysis on Supply chain cost.
Experiences & Qualifications
0-4 years’ of relevant experience in finance
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field +3 years of relevant experience in finance
