Supply Chain Analyst
at Deliveroo Dubai, UAE (Main Office) As a supply chain analyst you will work closely with our grocery partners and suppliers across all markets, although primarily focussed on the UAE, to ensure the best levels of service. You will be responsible for tracking fill rate performance as well as inbound receiving and claims processes and holding our partners to their service level agreements. You will also work with the operations, category management and vendor management teams to optimise inventory to provide the best customer proposition. This role will give you the opportunity to work directly with supplier across multiple international markets as well as a full range of teams within deliveroo.
What you will be doing
Owning fill rate and inbound receiving metrics. Work with the forecasting team to optimise forecasts based on supply chain constraints and local markets knowledge. Work closely with our grocer partners to maintain excellent service. Work with our marketing teams to ensure forecasts are aligned with marketing activity and promotions. Perform adhoc analysis. Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent inventory management.
Requirements
2 Year experience in a grocery/retail environment. Understanding of statistical analysis techniques. An understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills. Experience with analytical tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Fluent in English. SQL (desired not essential). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. A team player that fits the values of Deliveroo.
