Supply and Rectification – 05th Floor VRF system Repair - HT
The VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system located on the 5th floor of Hilliana Tower requires the replacement of certain key components to restore its optimal functionality.

Scope of Work:
Site Inspection and Assessment :
Conduct a detailed site inspection of the 5th floor VRF system to assess the current condition and confirm the exact location of the faulty components (fan assembly and DC motor assembly).
Supply of Parts :
Supply the following new components for the VRF system:
Fan Assembly, Propeller (Model: ARUN100LLH4) Motor Assembly, DC-Odu
The parts will be sourced from reputable suppliers, ensuring compatibility with the existing VRF system and that they meet the manufacturer’s specifications.
Replacement of Faulty Components :
Remove the defective Fan Assembly, Propeller and Motor Assembly, DC-Odu from the system. Install the new Fan Assembly and Motor Assembly as per the manufacturer's guidelines, ensuring proper fitting and alignment with the existing system. Ensure that all electrical connections are secure and all components are properly integrated into the VRF system.
Warranty :
The supplied parts (fan assembly and motor assembly) will be covered under a 1-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, as per the manufacturer's warranty terms. The installation labor will also be covered under a 6-month warranty for any installation-related defects or issues.
This Scope of Work outlines the necessary rectification work for the 5th-floor VRF system. The goal is to replace the faulty Fan Assembly and Motor Assembly to restore proper functionality and ensure efficient performance of the HVAC system for the building's cooling and heating needs.
