SUPERVISOR - MEP - ( 240001G5 )
Description
Responsible to assist operational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time.
§ Conduct Site surveys and inspections.
§ Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities.
§ Manpower planning.
§ Resource quantification.
§ Projects planning.
§ Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaad contracts
§ Perform clerical duties to meet requirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures
§ Assist in production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers.
§ Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the Facilities managed by Imdaad.
§ Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policies
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications
§ 3-year Diploma is a must.
§ Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade
OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
§ 6 - 8 years relevant experience.
§ UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence is a must.
§ People Management Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
