SUPERVISOR - ENGINEERING QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for engineering projects.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of engineering processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
5. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes, Lean principles, and best practices.
6. Ensure that all materials and equipment used in engineering projects meet quality specifications.
7. Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide quality assurance and Lean input.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Implement Lean methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
11. Facilitate Lean training sessions and workshops for engineering staff.
