Description
Support the Industry & Advisory team in
(i) originating and executing advisory mandates and
(ii) internal administrative, process and reporting requirements, including:
Preparing pitches and marketing presentations. Industry sector research and analysis. Financial markets sector research and analysis. Interpretation and analysis of financial accounts, both historic and projected. Financial modellingAdvisory executionLiaison with Compliance in respect of KYC and CDD requirementsLiaison with Legal in respect of legal documents review (Engagement Letters and NDUs)Liaison with Finance & Control in respect of internal financial performance reporting and invoicingAttend client presentations, financial model presentations and other market-related information functions relevant to the positionSeeking monetisation of transactions using products including Lending & DCM & ESGAny other tasks as designated by other team members and local management
Profile
2-6 years experience in structured finance Strong numerical and financial skills and appetite for numbers is essential. Strong presentational skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is also required. Methodical and meticulous with strong attention to detail. Experience of working in a large financial institution or other relevant role in industry, advisor or finance would be desirable. Language skills (in addition to English) would be viewed favourably in particular Arabic. Education & Qualifications: undergraduate level degree as a minimum.
