As a Strategy & Insights Specialist you will drive strategy and insights across HR, ensuring future vision alignment with our internal HR departments as well as our business stakeholders and teams. You will provide support to the team with strategic project management requirements as well as people analytics and insights. In addition, you will oversee and deliver people engagement initiatives, working closely with leadership teams to create impactful messaging and people centric initiatives.



In this role, you will:


  • Support the Senior Manager HR Strategy & Insights to develop, implement and evaluate the HR People Strategy. Source relevant market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities across HR to drive the overall strategy.
  • Provide data analytics and insights for HR reporting and analysis, including providing research on key internal and external trends to support deliverables.
  • Drive the development, planning and implementation of engagement events across HR, ensuring they align with engagement objectives across Group Services.
  • Monitor and report on strategic HR projects/programmes, including the planning, prioritisation, and execution of key strategic initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Provide consulting support as and when required.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive initiatives across HR, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels. This can include newsletters, town hall meetings, conferences, and internal communication platforms to keep employees informed and engaged, etc.
  • Manage stakeholders across each of the HR departments, establishing a network of key stakeholders and business groups.
  • Oversee the design of standard templates and protocols to ensure consistency of documentation on frequently distributed communications to all HR stakeholders. Support the creation of presentations and reports for HR specific strategic programmes / projects.
