Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic HR Specialist with expertise in Korn Ferry Hay Method to join our startup team. This role involves setting up the organization from the ground up, focusing on strategic HR functions including organization development, talent management, and understanding of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in organization setup, company formation, establishing hierarchy, and working closely with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Setup and Development:
Lead the HR aspects of setting up the organization, including company formation, legal compliance, Job evaluations and establishing HR processes and policies.
Design and implement organizational structures that support business goals and promote efficiency.
Develop and maintain company hierarchy and reporting lines.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and provide HR insights and recommendations.
Korn Ferry evaluation methodology:
Job Evaluations used to set compensation levels.
Talent Management:
Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive experience at each stage.
Implement performance management systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance.
Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering:
Meet with clients to understand their HR needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with HR services provided.
Customize HR solutions to meet specific client needs and organizational goals.
Organization Development (OD):
Drive organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct organizational assessments and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement risk management strategies related to HR practices and policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic roles and payroll management using Korn Ferry study with experience in UAE labour law.
Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
Deep expertise in Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Proven experience in organization development and talent management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
