Store Manager [Retail Supermarket -Al Ain ]

Store Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments (e.g., produce, dairy, meat, etc.).
  
• Maintain stock levels, monitor inventory, and ensure timely reordering of products.
  
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  

Staff Management and Leadership:

• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of store associates to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  
• Schedule staff shifts, ensure proper staffing levels, and handle payroll administration.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and resolve employee-related issues.
  

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the store’s customer service practices.
  
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  

Sales and Profitability:

• Drive store sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

Stock and Product Knowledge:

• Have a thorough understanding of the store’s products, especially UAE-specific goods and local brands.
