• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in steel fabrication.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy.
• Cultivating the company’s reputation in the market & with customers and suppliers.
Minimum 10 years in managing steel cutting and bending operations and having In-depth knowledge of reinforced, cut & bend steel products. With very good knowledge of steel production process from raw materials up to finished products.
This includes Purchasing, Costing, Production Planning, Production, Production Monitoring and Finish Goods Quality Control. Expertise in Sales, Marketing and Distribution in Middle Eastern markets, Business Development, Customers Relationship Management, Negotiations, Operations Management, Manufacturing Process, Quality Control, Team Management, Financial Performance
Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience in steel cut and bend operations within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production processes and lead operational teams.
• Overseeing start up of cut & bent steel factory
• Determining trading operations with customers, credit facilities.
• Involving in all aspects of machinery purchase, recruitment.
• Supervising operations of steel dealers.
• Controlling monthly purchases
• Negotiating with banks for increased facilities and credit; opening

• Improving margins and maintaining a high-quality service to clients.
• Reviewing, refining and developing the strategy and direction of the company.
• Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of steel fabrication techniques and machinery.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and quality control procedures.
