Staff Engineer - CRM-DYNAMICS - for Digital Engineering Company

Apt Resources is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Engineer specializing in CRM Dynamics to join a dynamic Digital Engineering Company in Abu Dhabi on a 6-month to 1-year contractual basis. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage CRM solutions that enhance customer relationship management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business requirements, customize CRM features, and deliver exceptional service through optimized CRM systems. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in Power Platform to develop and support automation solutions, contributing to the design of innovative application systems.

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, specifically in the Sales and Service modules.
• Develop custom plugins and integrations using Dataverse and other third-party data sources.
• Work on Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to build, enhance, and support automation across various business units.
• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and maintain Power Platform environments, including licensing, connectors, data policies, and security roles.
• Build and manage Power Automate flows to support backend jobs, bulk updates to Dataverse, and integrations with external systems like SharePoint and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve performance issues within Power Platform and Dynamics CRM applications.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Power Platform framework, best practices, and governance principles to ensure scalability and security.
• Work with Microsoft Azure services, Azure AD, and Office 365 applications (including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
• Stay up-to-date with new releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance CRM and automation solutions.
