Job Description
  • Cultivate and Manage High-Value Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-impact 3PL partners by acting as their trusted advisor, primary point of contact, and strategic collaborator. Drive performance improvements, resolve escalations efficiently, and ensure alignment with Talabat’s strategic goals.
  • Rider Pipeline Support: Collaborate with 3PLs to manage rider recruitment, onboarding, and deployment across vehicle types to ensure a consistent supply for delivery operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Support the development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across all operations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present actionable insights to the 3PL Manager.
  • Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular audits of 3PL operations to ensure adherence to contractual agreements, talabat’s standards, and local regulations. Address discrepancies and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Market Intelligence Reporting: Compile and present relevant data from the market to inform logistics strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in account management, logistics, or operations within high-growth environments. Experience in the gig economy or food delivery logistics is a plus.
  • Negotiation Prowess: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable agreements and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Execution Savvy: Hands-on experience implementing processes and solutions that improve efficiency and operational performance.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively raise flags or highlight opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving: A proactive, collaborative approach to addressing challenges and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Excellence: A drive to challenge the status quo and find creative solutions to improve operations and partnerships.
