Job Description
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their requirements.
Technical Sales
Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Technical & Engineering Supplies, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.
Proposal Development
Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new Products and Technologies Opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including proposal, engineering, Sales Order management, and product development, to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.
Customer Support
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and aftersales.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Affinity and familiar with Bulk Trading aspects in the business.
Additional Information
Experience Requirements:
Experience level: 05+ years in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors in UAE. Should have valid UAE driving license and own car. HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Skills & Professional Requirements:
Proven experience in technical sales, in the Instrumentation and Engineering Solutions related to O&G sector. (Field Instrumentation, Flare Meter, UFM Flowmeters, Valves, Fittings) Strong market understanding and Solid connection with EPC and Developers in the O&G and Power Generation sectors in the UAE.
Attributes & Behaviours:
Business acumen and commercial understanding of work and processes. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and clients. Excellent personality with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, and CRM applications.
