Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contracting)

• Should be of Infra background (Roads, Bridges, and Utility Services).
• 10 Years Minimum Experience (Out of which 5 years Minimum UAE Experience).
• Should have very sound knowledge of all the UAE approval Processes from all departments.
• Nationality – Any nationality, but Indians and Sri Lankans will be preferred.
• Should be from Construction and Civil Background.
• Education – Minimum of 2 years of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil.
• Salary is Negotiable.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain sub-contract data base, material supplier’s database.
• Budget preparation, Cost planning throughout the Design phases till Pretender estimate
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• Excellent level of written English language and demonstrable ability to produce high quality written letters and documents
• Candidates must have previous experience of working in a commercial / contractual role on large scale building projects
• Strong technical grasp of bidding, commercial dialogue, negotiating and being the commercial lead on large complex bids/projects
