About the Role:
This Senior Marketing Manager role will have a direct impact for driving Field Marketing along with team and supporting when needed on other Marketing initiatives and programs within the META region. They will liaise with all eco systems unifying the Field marketing initiatives with, to and through our Sales Organisation and Channel community.
This Senior Marketing Manager role will be responsible for driving Field Marketing while supporting other initiatives and programs within the META region. The role involves liaising across ecosystems to unify Field Marketing initiatives with, to, and through our Sales Organisation and Channel Community.
What You’ll Do:
Support the development of marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue goals in the META market
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy established, creating and executing tailored programs including bespoke in-person/virtual webinars and seminars, industry events, meeting maker programs, thought leadership, executive conferences & roundtables
Collaborate effectively with enterprise field marketing managers to ensure cohesive and jointly leveraged efforts
Track lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation, suggest and collaborate with Sales Development to improve conversion metrics and surpass goals
Identify new business opportunities and review continually changes to the market, customer trends of the activities, helping adjust the marketing plans if necessary
Build & provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Manage and measure marketing campaign costs, reporting on the effectiveness using pre-determined KPIs
Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data
Negotiate with agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
Build a cohesive marking system to ensure the effectiveness of delivering the outmost successful campaigns tailored for each of the sub-regions
What You’ll Need:
Must have demonstrable regional META marketing experience supporting field sales organizations and channel partners.
Must have proven experience in growing a business by translating sales goals into credible marketing plans.
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding in the different cultural dynamics across the META region.
Must possess budget management and forecasting skills.
Excellent collaboration skills in working cross-functionally with sales organization, corporate marketing, peers and channel teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills: lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule.
Must demonstrate experience in managing and negotiating vendor contracts.
Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs and metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Arabic
Background interacting with Customers from all segments including varied sizes, solution providers, distribution and resellers.
Exceptional project and program management experience along with organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Highly motivated, very energetic and positive individual with a proven track record and reputation of exceptional results operating in a cross-functional team environment.
Demonstrates a collaborative team player attitude with a strong willingness to grow while fostering the development and success of individuals across the department.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10-12+ years) of relevant marketing experience with high-tech B2B
