Job Description

What's on your plate?


● Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to tmart Performance at all levels, and run required deep dive investigations


● Support GM in analyzing and managing P&L


● Proactively come up with suggestions to improve overall business performance


● Lead efforts on monthly performance reviews preparation as well as any performance related report


● Run various analyses backed by data to better understand platform patterns, consumer behavior, marketing performance, promotions performance, etc.


● Act as a safeguard of all dashboards, reports and tools required to monitor performance


● Strategic problem solving - help in identifying and devising current challenges and future opportunities


● Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals


● Lead tmart special projects end-to-end and across different departments (commercial, operations, logistics, marketing, finance, inventory and others)


● Put in place project management governance (ideally using agile methodologies) and develop framework


● To keep track of action plan and follow-up with all stakeholders to deliver on time and with expected outcome


● Define main KPIs that will be affected by each project, and closely monitor the performance of those during and after project launch to measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions


● Gather and analyze data to articulate point of views and support recommendations


● Run workshops and planning sessions when needed to make sure all involved parties are on the same level of alignment


What did we order?


● Strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem solving skills


● Experience in strategy consulting, strategy department, P&L management or similar positions


● Strong communicator and stakeholder manager - you will be working across numerous markets/teams and liaising with senior team members


● Highly organized with 5+ years project management experience


● Comfortable with ambiguity with the confidence to work independently


● Ability to use big data to tell stories and present them clearly and confidently


● Energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.


● Hands-on and comfortable with using several tools
