We’re recruiting a ‘Sr. Communication Executive’ for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact
Understand client business goals and objectives, offering customized solutions and strategic guidance
Proactively manage client expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
Lead the daily management of client accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to drive revenue growth
Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies aligned with client goals
Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, projects, and events, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines
Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Offer clients insights and recommendations based on market research and industry best practices
Support the development of new business pitches and proposals, utilizing industry expertise
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights
Track and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Contribute to the creation of client success stories and case studies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
Fluency in Arabic and/or English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and consistently delivering outstanding results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
