We’re recruiting a ‘Sr. Architect Designer’ for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of the project, liaising with consultants, contractors, and third parties to ensure seamless collaboration and project alignment
Oversee project teams to ensure the technical quality of drawings meets the required standards
Implement the project plan, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet quality expectations, and comply with governmental regulations
Establish and manage Revit standards and BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms, ensuring all sub-consultants are connected for effective collaboration
Review and provide feedback on drawings, including sketch construction details
Create 3D architectural sketches and colored visuals for concept presentations
Use physical and digital tools to develop technical drafts in both 2D and 3D formats. Prepare 2D measured plans, elevations, sections, and basic technical details for further refinement
Assist in preparing tender documentation and specifications
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, and architects, to deliver high-quality designs, documentation, and reports
Work closely with the Senior Design Manager and Senior Project Director to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet program requirements
Requirements
Experience in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD is essential
Prior experience with a real estate development background is mandatory
A minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise buildings, villas, and residential projects is required
