Role Summary
The Total Rewards Sr. Analyst will play a key role in Total Rewards function
Leading the development & implementation of advanced analytics & reporting solutions within Total Rewards. While working on functional activities including the annual compensation cycle, creating salary benchmarks and designing compensation structures.
This role will create, manage and maintain Rewards Analytical dashboards, conduct data analysis, and reporting using confidential information within People. The role will focus on ensuring alignment with Talabat's strategic business goals, focusing on compensation design, cost modeling, equity, and track fair pay and D&I efforts.
Additionally, the Senior Analyst will assist in bonus and incentive plan analysis and support the implementation of new reward systems as needed.

Analytics & Reporting:
Dashboard and Reporting
Lead the creation, management, and maintenance of Total Rewards analytical dashboards to track key metrics
Provides regular analysis, research & run needed simulations to support the execution of total rewards projects & processes while implementing solutions that align with business direction
Data Visualization:
Demonstrate expertise in data visualization, presenting complex data in clear, actionable formats.
Apply visualization best practices to ensure the clarity and accuracy of the information presented.
Able to use tools like Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar to create visual reports that support strategic planning and decision-making)
Compensation & Salary Benchmarking:
Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to ensure internal equity and competitive external positioning for base pay, bonuses, incentives, and long-term incentives (LTIs)
Analyze market trends and compensation structures to inform salary positioning and pay strategy.
Salary Structure design: Develop and maintain salary structures that support internal equity and external market competitiveness, considering factors such as salary progression, skills-based premiums, and performance-related pay for all comp components ( base, bonus, sales incentives, LTIs)
Cost Modeling & Budgeting:
Providing costing & modeling capability for annual budgeting cycle, Pay Review cycles and off-cycle solutions
Partner with cross functional stakeholder (Finance , HR teams) on cost modeling activities
Benefit modeling & costing (good to have): Analyse market trends and areas of improvement for Benefits offering and develop modelling solutions
Bonus & Incentive Plans:
Assist in bonus and incentive plan analysis
Support the calculation and payout of management bonuses, ensuring accuracy and fairness in the process.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate & partner with the Rewards team to support the planning, design, and execution of compensation and rewards initiatives, including the Year-end salary review process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Analytics team, the Payroll team, the Finance team, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to offer and receive assistance where necessary.
Project Management:
Owning and leading assigned projects from end to end while collaborating and working with other functions/working groups where required.
Working with the People - Rewards team on a variety of projects.
Annual Compensation Survey Participation: Experience with participate in annual compensation surveys by collecting & submitting company compensation data
What Did We Order?
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or Rewards Consulting is preferred
Experience in analyzing and presenting compensation data using advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google sheets, Tableau, Power BI etc
[Good to have] Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as regression, forecasting, adjusted analysis
Stakeholder management and project management and collaboration
Presenting outcomes through presentation summary and pitch
Ability to influence stakeholders with a data-driven approach.
Self-Management:
Independent, data driven, a self-starter and a natural ability to lead & collaborate with project team
Confident in their technical proficiency and able to share their thoughts openly, as well as coach colleagues
