Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations, and provide all other supporting services.
Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool and beach furniture.
Ensuring that the swimming pool, beach, furniture and facilities are clean and safe.
Monitoring pool and beach area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations.
Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
Fold and stock fresh towels and hand out fresh towels to guests.
Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.
Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
