Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to patients in homecare, medical centers, clinics, or hospital settings.
• Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support communication and swallowing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• DHA License or DOH Eligibility/License is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech therapy within homecare, medical centers, clinics, or hospitals.
• Proven ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to different patient needs and settings.
