Are you a detail-driven Specification Writer with expertise in high-end residential and mixed-use developments? Join a forward-thinking design and development firm shaping luxury living in the Middle East. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the production, management, and quality control of project specifications, ensuring excellence in delivery and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project specifications in alignment with industry standards and project goals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full specification production process, providing guidance and support to architectural and engineering teams.
  
• Develop, review, and oversee CSI MasterFormat specifications ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
  
• Plan and implement a strategic specifications delivery approach, staying updated with industry trends.
  
• Present progress reports and status updates to senior management.
  
• Ensure timely and compliant completion of all project specifications.
  
• Conduct QA/QC reviews in collaboration with internal and external disciplines.
  
• Work closely with procurement, consultants, and sub-contractors to integrate specifications with project objectives.
  
• Maintain and update Master Specifications based on current market trends.
  
• Identify and resolve issues, proactively reporting potential delays.
  
• Contribute to team mentoring and development, fostering a culture of excellence.
  

• 8+ years of experience in architectural specification writing within residential and mixed-use developments.
  
• Strong expertise in material specifications, construction methods, and performance requirements.
  
• In-depth knowledge of CSI MasterFormat and technical specification writing.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  
• Must have UAE experience
