SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Specification Executive, you will support the Specification Manager in promoting Jotun products for projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Your role focuses on building strong relationships with developers and consultants, specifying Decorative products, introducing new solutions, and identifying market opportunities to increase Jotun's market share and profitability.
This position reports to the Specification Manager - SSS and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities:Build and maintain a strong network with developers, consultants, architects, and project specifiers to secure Jotun’s specifications at design and execution stages, ensuring approvals from key decision-makers.
- Monitor the construction and paint market to promote Jotun’s products and strengthen its position as a market leader.
- Support the sales team by securing approvals on major projects, updating them on progress, and facilitating successful project completions.
- Engage with government bodies and key stakeholders to secure project specifications and conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to showcase Jotun’s products and solutions.
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) data, track tender inquiries, and assist in preparing tender quotations to ensure organized follow-ups and timely client responses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is holding a bachelor's degree in engineering (Architecture, Interior Design) or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the paint manufacturing or construction industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data entry and Photoshop advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbal and written.
