About The Role:


Execute the development of transformation programs, study, and handle transformation projects in line with company business needs and to meet Management’s expectations including Project Completion & Benefit Realization. Monitor, Control, support the development and application of the Corporate Change Management initiatives and strategies. initiate the environment for innovation and improvement programs where best practices are identified, evaluated, prioritized, planned, implemented, and regularly reviewed. Guide, support and coordinate with stakeholders in strategic work and assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate industry trends into industry competitive advantage, transforming a business to support the design and implementation of strategic


• Support strategic initiatives relating to business transformation by developing appropriate plans and ensure effective implementation is done and planned results are achieved.
• Conduct business analysis and research to identify opportunities, challenges, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions and change initiatives.
• Carryout external benchmarking studies for entire company including its operational sites according to the establish plan.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders for transformation initiatives & monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define business requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables for sustainability indicators in association with ADNOC HQ.
• Assist for business transformation projects evolution and development to achieve the goals set by the Company for sustainability and future growth.
• Support Line for effective strategies and implementation roadmaps in terms of cost, time, and quality are developed for business transformation projects.


Extend support in high level project closeout report with benefit realized from the project implementation and publish an article on ADNOC different platforms.
• Coordinate for Meetings with the ET / ELT and apprise the projects progress to the higher management on periodic basis, raise flags and support in developing contingency plans to overcome challenges.
• Propose Plan to implement approved ideas/ for implementation. Coordinate with the idea owner, gather the required manpower data, material and budget required to implement the project.
• Track company’s business transformation initiatives for progress and follow-ups.
• Handle progress meetings with the project managers to ensure all the project is implemented in an approved time frame.
• Assist in ASG transformation initiatives aimed at achieving the business excellence needed to sustain the Company’s current and future strategic Objectives.
• Summarize all priority projects with regards to delivery and alignment of activities to ensure theirsuccessful delivery against objectives and company’s mandates.


Qualification & Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / economics / change management.


• 8 years varied experience in the oil & gas industry with very strong emphasis on business transformation
with change management expertise in one of the oil & gas industry.
