Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent contributes to the overall success of the Process Control & Quality Assurance function, ensuring all projects, process improvements, risk, audit, QA tasks are executed / delivered in support of the department’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures on time, on budget and within scope.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Generic Accountability
Knowledge of services
Knowledge of services provided by the Projects & Systems Management team to support the Banks strategic growth plans
Industry Knowledge
Knowledge of industry trends and their impact on FAB business decisions
Data Analysis and Financial Modelling
Determining trends from raw data to assist decision-making
Risk Management Skills
The ability to identify, assess and mitigate the technical and commercial risks associated with work.
Developing Business Relationships
Develop and sustain mutually beneficial business partnerships
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field Certification in Project Management, Risk & audit is preferred High level proficiency in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accountability, consistency, time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision. Excellent prioritization skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests Eye for detail and risk averse oriented approach
Minimum Experience
5 years relevant experience in the banking sector. At least 2+ years’ experience in managing international Business required
