JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent contributes to the overall success of the Process Control & Quality Assurance function, ensuring all projects, process improvements, risk, audit, QA tasks are executed / delivered in support of the department’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures on time, on budget and within scope.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Generic Accountability
Knowledge of services provided by the Projects & Systems Management team to support the Banks strategic growth plans
Knowledge of industry trends and their impact on FAB business decisions
Determining trends from raw data to assist decision-making
The ability to identify, assess and mitigate the technical and commercial risks associated with work.
Develop and sustain mutually beneficial business partnerships
