Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:


The incumbent contributes to the overall success of the Process Control & Quality Assurance function, ensuring all projects, process improvements, risk, audit, QA tasks are executed / delivered in support of the department’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures on time, on budget and within scope.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Generic Accountability


  • Knowledge of services

Knowledge of services provided by the Projects & Systems Management team to support the Banks strategic growth plans


  • Industry Knowledge

Knowledge of industry trends and their impact on FAB business decisions


  • Data Analysis and Financial Modelling

Determining trends from raw data to assist decision-making


  • Risk Management Skills

The ability to identify, assess and mitigate the technical and commercial risks associated with work.


  • Developing Business Relationships

Develop and sustain mutually beneficial business partnerships



Qualifications

Minimum Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Certification in Project Management, Risk & audit is preferred
  • High level proficiency in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accountability, consistency, time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent prioritization skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests
  • Eye for detail and risk averse oriented approach

Minimum Experience


  • 5 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in managing international Business required
