About the Job
Responsible for supporting VP, Human Capital in developing and implementing the strategy within Human Capital Division, in alignment with the corporate strategy and objectives. Provides strategic guidance and support to the division and ensures the effective execution of the strategy. Monitors and evaluates the performance of the division and recommends corrective actions as needed
