Specialist Interventional Radiologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking an exceptional Specialist Interventional Radiologist to become a valuable addition to our healthcare team. In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise to perform a variety of minimally invasive procedures under imaging guidance that diagnoses and treats various conditions, enhancing patient outcomes.

You will be integral in working closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring each patient receives a comprehensive and tailored approach to their healthcare needs.

• Conduct interventional radiology procedures including angiographic interventions, biopsies, and catheter placements using fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance.
• Elicit patient histories and examine imaging studies to plan and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Participate in case discussions with healthcare providers to deliver optimal care solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and patient interactions in compliance with medical regulations.
• Promote patient safety by adhering to best practices and guidelines in radiology.
• Engage in continuous education to keep abreast of advancements and innovations in interventional radiology.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Interventional Radiology.
• Completed an accredited residency program; board certification in Interventional Radiology preferred.
• Extensive experience performing a variety of interventional radiology techniques.
• Proficient in interpreting imaging studies for diagnostic and procedural guidance.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases.
