About the Job: Establish and implement the integrity assurance verification program and provide independent verification on integrity assurance process for static and rotating facilities. Provide the assurance to top management that the appropriate standards and protocols are in place and ultimately the assets has integrity in terms of inspection, maintenance and testing in accordance to the relevant codes, standards and company procedures, so that the asset performs its intended functional duty for its required life cycle.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Plan and develop integrity assurance program for surface facilities. Prepare integrity assurance review objectives/annual plan to align with company business objectivesImplement the corporate assurance program of the Integrity Management Systems for surface facilities.Conduct audits, spot-checks and investigations, analyse findings, prepares reports, and maintains records for areas/activities within scope of responsibility.Lead and conduct ADNOC reviews and investigations of technical and commercial aspects and highlight gaps and/or non-compliances.Prepare, maintain and update progress of various internal and external review findings rectification action reports, master file systems and issue summary reports to management.Track audit action items and ensure that audit recommendations have been completed and closed out in coordination with concerned departments. Ensure the effectiveness of corrective action taken by stakeholders, conduct follow up reviews to determine the close out of action plans.Provide technical advices to resolve emerging challenges related to integrity assurance process, associated activities, work flows and processes in partnership with respective Assets.Reviews, in coordination with Operations, Integrity Management, Engineering & Projects, as well as line stakeholders the annual integrity management programs and systems to identify inefficiencies, potential weaknesses and risks to surface facilities.Use the developed set of standards and measurement tools to evaluate overall integrity status; i.e. maintenance / inspection programs implementation, integrity assurance process quality and compliance level.Maintains awareness of Compliance issues related to areas of responsibility across the organization.Minimum Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills10 years of experience in Integrity assurance/management/audit related to the oil & gas industry.Professional Certifications (Preferable)• ISO 9001 lead auditor.
