Role Purpose
Develop Organizational activities to enhance Excellence Models effective adoption and design special plans & initiatives focusing on the continuous improvement of the authority’s Government Work Systems and corporate services.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
1.Quality Management: Ensure synergy & integration of Excellence Enablers implemented in the Authority with the established policies, procedures, processes, and services management systems.
2.Organizational Excellence: Prepare the DCAA’s applications in (Internal and External) excellence programs and awards and develop the organizational units inputs regarding Excellence Criteria requirements.
3.KPIs: Develop Excellence Model performance measures and integrate with the approved DCAA’s Performance Management System of all strategical and operational levels KPIs.
4.Strategy: Develop gaps-bridging initiatives based on feedback reports and review the ones developed by the different organizational units in DCAA. Facilitate necessary communication strategies for the improvement and awareness of (4G) excellence model.
5.Governance: Conduct and Facilitate benchmarking activities to gain new knowledge, develop policies and adopt new methodologies.
6.Risk Management: Facilitate self-assessment in the Authority and integrate outcomes with Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
7.Innovation: Facilitate Innovation labs that focus on areas of improvement in feedback reports directed on designing innovative ideas for the Excellence Criteria requirements.
8.Stakeholder Relations: Design and advocate Excellence Programs and Awards manuals and prepare annual participation plan to increase employee's recognition and foster corporate image. Implement, monitor and prepare stakeholders happiness studies and report to concerned organizational units to enhance effectiveness.
9.Customer Handling: Develop and implement programs to improve customers’ service quality.
10. Ensure compliance with non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, as well as DCAA security policies, to safeguard both government and DCAA confidential information. Address and rectify any ISR audit findings, promptly report security incidents, and engage in ongoing security awareness training to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
11. Performs other organizational excellence related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering Management, Business Management or any equivalent degree.
Certifications:
Professional Experience:
At least five (5) years’ working experience in organizational performance at executive office level.
