As a Specialist ELV Facilities Engineer - BMS / CCTV, you will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS and CCTV systems in facility environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in ELV engineering and facilities management will contribute to the success of projects and the overall growth of the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) for facility automation and control
• Design and implement Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for security and surveillance
• Ensure the proper integration and interaction of BMS and CCTV systems with other facility systems
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of BMS and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with BMS and CCTV systems, and provide timely and effective solutions
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in BMS and CCTV systems
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and customized solutions
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ELV systems, including but not limited to security, access control, CCTV, audio-visual, and building automation
• Collaborate with technology vendors to explore and implement innovative ELV solutions, keeping the Island at the forefront of luxury and technology integration
