Specialist/ Consultant Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist

SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist to join our team. As a Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist at SearchPlus HR, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating children with blood disorders and cancer.

In this role, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive and personalized care to pediatric patients with hematological and oncological conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans and provide support to patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.

• Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients with hematological and oncological conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their condition and needs
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted therapies
• Monitor patients' progress and closely manage the side effects and complications of treatment
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, bone marrow aspiration, and imaging studies
• Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiation oncologists, and pathologists
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
• Participate in clinical research and stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric hematology oncology
