Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing pharmacological, interventional, and non-pharmacological therapies.
Perform advanced interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and other minimally invasive techniques.
Patient Education and Support:
Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies and the expected outcomes of treatments.
Provide guidance on lifestyle changes, physical therapy, and psychological interventions to support long-term pain relief.
Collaboration and Multidisciplinary Care:
Work closely with anesthesiologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive pain management services.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and ensure integrated care.
Education and Mentorship:
Train and mentor medical trainees, nurses, and allied health professionals in pain medicine principles and practices.
Organize and participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities and workshops related to pain management.
