Specialist Consultant Oral Medicine

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist Consultant in Oral Medicine to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive oral health assessments and treatments for complex oral conditions. You will bring your expertise to a dynamic work environment where patient care and professional collaboration are paramount.

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' oral and medical histories, including symptom assessment and clinical examinations.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, such as imaging and biopsies, to diagnose various oral health issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for conditions like oral cancer, orofacial pain, and mucosal diseases.
• Perform minor surgical interventions, if necessary, including biopsies and lesion removals.
• Work collaboratively with other multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Keep abreast of advancements in oral medicine to provide the best evidence-based care.
• Educate patients about oral health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

• M.D. or D.D.S. with a specialization in Oral Medicine.
• State license to practice dentistry or oral medicine.
• Significant experience in the diagnosis and management of oral health disorders.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Adept at utilizing diagnostic tools and interpreting results accurately.
• Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to develop treatment plans.
