Specialist/Consultant Gastroenterologist

In this role, you will be pivotal in diagnosing and treating patients with gastrointestinal disorders. Your responsibilities will include performing procedures, interpreting test results, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including history taking and physical examinations
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, such as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy
• Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging studies and lab tests
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Engage in patient education and provide resources for managing their conditions
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to provide holistic patient care
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in gastroenterology and participate in ongoing professional development
