• Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic procedures for patients with cardiovascular and thoracic diseases.
• Devise and implement effective surgical treatment plans based on assessed patient needs.
• Conduct advanced cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including but not limited to heart bypass surgery, valve repair/replacement, and lung resections.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to ensure adherence to the latest surgical techniques and practices.
• Contribute to medical research and participate in clinical trials to further the field of cardiothoracic surgery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior surgical staff and residents.
