Specialist Consultant Cardiac Surgeon

SearchPlus HR is seeking a Specialist Cardiac Surgeon who is dedicated to providing high-quality surgical care to patients with cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in complex cardiac procedures and passionate about improving patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the necessity of surgical intervention.
• Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs, and transplant surgeries.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Monitor patients pre- and post-operative, ensuring smooth recovery and addressing any complications.
• Contribute to discussions for improving surgical protocols and patient safety.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of advancements in cardiac surgery.
