Job Description
The Spa & Wellness Manager, Corporate plays a key role in supporting the rollout and execution of wellness initiatives across the company’s global properties.
Reporting to the Global Vice President of Spa & Wellness, this role supports the creation and ensures the seamless implementation of wellness strategies, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing operational efficiency and standards in line with the brand’s overall goals.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and providing key research and reporting, the manager will help drive innovation and elevate the wellness experience for both guests and the local market. Additionally, this role will contribute to the growth and profitability of the spa and wellness division while maintaining operational excellence across all locations.
This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong interest or experience in wellness, looking to play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of a dynamic and evolving wellness division.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Implementation
- Support the creation and execution of wellness strategies across global properties.
- Ensure seamless integration of wellness initiatives into hotel operations.
- Maintain and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency in wellness offerings.
Project Management & Execution
- Assist in planning, managing, and delivering wellness-related projects.
- Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, facilitate collaboration, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Operational Support & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with hotel teams to implement wellness initiatives effectively.
- Ensure wellness offerings enhance the overall guest experience.
- Conduct quality checks and support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with regional and property-level teams, including spa directors and corporate leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments such as T&C, Marketing, Sales, PR, F&B and regional operations, guest experience and pre-openings to ensure wellness is integrated into the overall guest journey.
- Act as a liaison between hotels and corporate teams to support alignment on wellness initiatives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure wellness offerings are seamlessly embedded into the broader hospitality experience.
Research, Reporting & Business Support
- Conduct industry research on wellness trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Support financial analysis, including budget tracking, revenue and KPI performance.
- Prepare presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with exposure to spa, wellness, or guest experience initiatives preferred.
- Background or education in hospitality, business, or a related field; spa/wellness certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and proven project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives across locations.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, T&C, Sales, PR, F&B, and operations.
- Understanding of operational efficiency, quality control, and brand standards within hospitality and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with corporate and property-level teams.
- Comfortable analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting financial tracking related to wellness initiatives.
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on, with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support property teams and ensure alignment with brand wellness strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
