Role and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
*Spa director/front of house - head of membership sales, appointment booking and management
*Motivating the team to achieve daily personal targets and team KPIs.
*Efficiently handling commissions and payroll calculations.
*Maintaining optimal stock levels, advising and processing new orders, and driving membership sales.
*Booking clients through our fresh tool and overseeing correct checkout procedures.
*Ensuring accurate financial reporting to the owner and CFO.

Ability to work to motivate the team to set targets and achieve set targets.
