About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join our Wellness team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• To check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Talise standards.
• To replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly. 
• To greet the guest upon entering the male/female spa. 
• To maintain the water in the male/female spa areas. 
• To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately. 
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels. 
• To evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Manager/Head Attendant. •
• To ensure the cleanliness of the spa and own treatment room. 
• To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Spa Attendant preferably with an international luxury hospitality company
• Strong customer service orientation
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
• Knowledge in spa treatment and health treatments
• Ability to make guests feel relaxed and provide an immersive wellness experience
