Be accountable for owning the design and creating the required documentation to submit to the Solution Design Approval Forum for design approvals.
Collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, information security, data, application & infrastructure teams to produce optimal, conceptual, and cost-effective designs.
Identify opportunities to consolidate and standardize the CRM application landscape across Lines of Business as well as promote the reusability of existing solutions by adopting approved design patterns.
Facilitate design thinking workshops with key stakeholders to help define the problem statement.
Lead workshops with Business and IT stakeholders to define scope, integration, and support Business in defining Non-Functional requirements.
Guide sound decision-making around the trade-offs of Time, Cost, and Scope to ensure quality is maximized within the given constraints.
Create a positive impact on reducing project failures by ensuring the end-to-end integrity and quality of the solutions design.
Take part in every stage of product development to ensure the design is installed, configured, and documented properly.
Perform design and code reviews regularly, keeping in mind security measures as well as articulate cost-benefit analysis and build business cases.
Review other system and application designs to ensure the selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technologies.
What You Should Have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
At least 10 years' experience with D365 CRM solution design, solution architecture, and/or techno-functional disciplines.
Over 6 years of experience in software development and systems design.
