Lead tours of the Innovation Center for top-tier customers such as Ad Police, ADNOC, ADNOC Subsidiaries etc, Ministry’s, highlighting innovative solutions and technologies.
Plan, coordinate, and manage customer visits to the Innovation Center.
Record customer feedback during visits and provide follow-up communication to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team by offering technical insights and solutions tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Set up and perform live demonstrations of products and solutions during customer visits.
Record and maintain documentation on customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a technical pre-sale, customer
engagement, or solution engineering role. Its not mandatory.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical solutions and
explain them to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in managing customer interactions and
follow-ups.
Highly organized with excellent planning skills.
Experience with the telecom industry is a plus.
