What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
Attend client meetings to build deliverable Functional Design Specifications.
Liaise with clients to explain sub-system integration designs clearly.
Commission, test, and hand over Control Center software either remotely or on-premises.
Provide hands-on training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
Provide technical support for Control Center clients to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation.
What you'll bring:
At least a 2.1 degree or significant equivalent experience.
Preferred experience with software integration concepts and deployments, preferably with orchestration / workflow experience.
Experience in configuring servers and troubleshooting the Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
Experience of Database architectures and methodologies; with a deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ability to manipulate data using SQL scripting
Experience in Networking principles and the Internet Protocol (IP).
Experience with Integration processes with knowledge of API / SDK’s and Open Protocol application.
Experience working with Client-Server applications.
Virtual machine (VM) environments and Microsoft Clustering Experience.
