Social Media Specialist - Dubai Sales & Marketing

Job Purpose / Summary



The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement strategies, and performance analysis to ensure effective digital marketing campaigns.

Job Description:



Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals. Create a monthly social media content calendar. Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors. Schedule content for key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Stay updated on emerging social media trends and tools. Create and manage engaging content (images, videos, graphics, written posts). Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors for content production. Maintain a consistent social media content calendar. Write tailored captions, articles, and posts. Conduct site visits to capture content and engage stakeholders. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Engage with followers, influencers, and industry leaders. Manage user-generated content and brand advocacy programs. Plan and execute paid campaigns to maximize reach and conversions. Monitor ad performance and optimize based on data insights. Align paid strategies with broader marketing goals. Track key KPIs (engagement, growth, traffic, conversions). Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and refine strategies. Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align efforts. Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners. Support product launches, events, and promotions through social media campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Proficiency in social media management tools (Amplify, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Experience with paid social media ads and analytics platforms. Strong creative and multitasking abilities. Preferred: video editing, photography, SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing experience.* B2B or industrial marketing experience a plus.
