We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed based on insights and performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for use across digital and print media.
• Design and update marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
• Produce creative content for social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns.

Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of Digital Smile Design (DSD) patients and other clinical activities.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for use on social media, the website, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the clinical team to understand patient needs and ensure the visual content accurately reflects the outcomes and processes.
• Maintain and organize a digital library of visual assets for easy access and use.
