Who You Are
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Social Media Manager based out of Dubai who has their finger on the pulse of all the latest trends, technology and innovation in the social space. Someone who is passionate about creating great social content and delighting clients with their ability to solve business challenges. 
You’ll be working on creating bespoke content as well as managing the social deliverables and strategy across the main social platforms for a large B2B semi-governmental entity. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver on all client objectives and KPIs while ensuring the entire social delivery process runs smoothly.

Social Media Management


  • You’ll work alongside a social executive and social creator to craft compelling monthly content calendars and support in managing the pages for a B2B brand.
  • You’ll ensure calendars, community management and social campaigns are delivered on time to a high standard.
  • You’ll pro-actively look at ways to improve the current social approach and continuously challenge the client to deliver best in class social content and strategy.
  • You’ll take on client briefs and work with your team to provide the best solutions to answer all brief objectives.
  • Support the organising of the monthly social shoots, support on ideas and storyboards.
  • Facilitate communication between all departments (Resourcing, Creative, Production).
  • You’re a social creative guardian. You’ll play a vital role in the quality control of the social creative output and you don’t settle for mediocre work.

Client & Internal Management


  • Serve as the partner to the Account Director/Account Manager while being comfortable in an external client-facing role, where you’ll communicate directly with clients & present content ideas, social calendars and reports.
  • Manage daily social deliverables.
  • Win over clients and colleagues by nurturing your curiosity and developing your own opinions.

Reporting


  • Support on reporting requirements, creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, analyzing performance across social (organic and paid), and confidently presenting insights and recommendations to clients.

Experience & Competencies


  • 3-4 years of social media management experience ideally managing government, B2B or large complex organisations within an agency environment (media or creative agencies).
  • Skilled across the top 5 social platforms (META, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat..) in crafting content and captions.
  • Familiar with paid social and how it works hand in hand with organic social.
  • An exceptional communicator. You excel in creating alignment between stakeholders, partners and our creative teams to bring them along on the journey of each project you own.
  • You have experience in conducting social media analysis and building reports.
  • You’re deeply familiar with the latest trends on social, the internet and in culture that can be of relevance to our partners or internal processes. You understand the channels we’re creating work for.
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines without compromising on quality. You deliver what you say you will, when you say you will.
  • You love to collaborate with different team members to get the best outcome for your clients.
  • You understand the importance of delivering good quality work on time and strive for excellence.
  • You’re a strategic problem solver and always to try to find solutions for the clients or brands you work on.
  • As you’ll be based remotely you are an over communicator, making sure your manager and team are always in the loop of your work and you are easily reachable.
  • Have an interest or passion for AI and innovative tech
