Job Description:
As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence across
multiple platforms. You will create content, engage with followers, respond to reviews, and monitor
trends to ensure that our brand remains visible and interactive. This role is ideal for someone passionate
about social media marketing and eager to gain practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend daily marketing huddles and collaborate with the team to align on social media strategies.
• Monitor social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) for mentions, trends, and
opportunities for engagement.
• Respond to posts and comments across social media platforms, making interactions as
personalized as possible.
• Create and publish daily posts or reels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Prepare a comprehensive digital marketing plan, including strategies for email, SMS, social media,
and the website.
• Create and post one engaging video per month to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and trends.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with followers in a personable and timely
manner.
• Creativity in content creation, including posts, reels, and videos.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
