As aSocial Media Executive, you will be responsible for executing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community management.
You will collaborate to ensure alignment with the brand’s overall digital strategy. From developing engaging bilingual content (Arabic & English) to managing influencer collaborations and performance tracking, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the brand’s digital presence.

Job responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and publish creative, engaging, and on-brand social media content in Arabic and English across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Executive to align with and implement the brand’s social media strategy to drive growth and engagement. Plan and schedule content using social media tools like Meta business suite, TikTok business suite or Youtube studio. Develop and grow the Instagram broadcast channel to create a strong community.
Community Management
Actively engage with and respond to the online community across all platforms daily to foster brand loyalty and enhance engagement. Ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
Campaign & Collaboration Management
Work closely with creators to develop and execute content plans, including UGC creators. Coordinate social media giftings for competitions, campaigns, and special occasions. Create local content using in-house studio and resources.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, providing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance. Conduct competitor analysis and incorporate learnings into social strategies.
Customer & Internal Support
Manage customer care emails on a weekly basis. Create and localize social media posts for e-tailers and support ad hoc translation requests.
Administrative Support
Assist with supplier management, including creating purchase orders and tracking payments.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HootSuite, Emplifi, Meta business suite). Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends. Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft on-brand, engaging captions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to idea generation and campaign execution. Experience with customer care and community management is a plus.Required experience : Beginner
