The Social Media Associate or Senior Media Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our brand. Responsibilities:

  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  4. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  6. Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
  7. Respond to audience inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
  9. Assist in organizing and promoting online events or campaigns.
  10. Support the development of the brand's voice and tone across all social media channels.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Experience with social media management tools.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  9. Experience in content creation, including graphics and video.
  10. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
