Social Media and content creator manager

Job Description:

Kabab Al Bastakiah is an Iranian restaurant located in the vibrant UAE food scene. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media presence by creating engaging content for our branches and engaging the community and influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Monitor and engage with customers on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and drive customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive PR and coverage for the restaurant.
• Plan and execute events, such as tastings and influencer gatherings, to enhance brand awareness and generate positive publicity.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Managing paid advertising campaigns to ensure the maximum of reach and engagement.
• Analyze social media and PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest optimizations for future strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social media manager, PR, and content creation
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Business Ads and budget planning
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously and effectively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Persian cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
